Emergency Medical Technician - EMT
About The Position
This role involves providing emergency medical care to patients. Responsibilities include examining and evaluating patients to determine necessary care, administering emergency care using appropriate techniques and equipment, providing basic life support, gathering patient data, and documenting patient information, condition, and treatment. The EMT will maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights, transport patients according to policies, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment. Operating and driving an ambulance safely is also a key duty. The work is typically performed in a clinical environment, and the employee is accountable for job-specific obligations and organizational policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician - State of Pennsylvania
- Emergency Medical Services Vehicle Operator - Default Issuing Body
- Valid Driver's License - Default Issuing Body

Responsibilities
