About The Position

Working under the direction of a paramedic, senior paramedic, critical care paramedic or alone assumes the responsibility for assessing, stabilizing and transporting sick and injured patients. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as EMT-B, EMT-I or Advanced AEMT in South Carolina or National Registry required.
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider.
Valid, current South Carolina driver's license.
Insurable under the Roper St. Francis Healthcare vehicle insurance plan, which will be verified by reviewing licensure and driving record.
