Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
MVR check required (violations within 36 months may impact eligibility)
Must pass the FISDAP entrance exam and enroll in: Pennsylvania College of Technology, or Northern Pennsylvania Regional College
