About The Position
As part of our clinical team, you'll work directly alongside our providers while helping deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include: Room and prepare patients for their appointments, Obtain vital signs and update medical histories, Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures, Educate patients on treatment plans and next steps, Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies, Complete medication reconciliation, Assist with referrals, authorizations, and clinical documentation, Monitor patient messages and support daily clinical workflows, Help keep our clinic running efficiently while providing outstanding patient service.
Requirements
- EMT Certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Medical scribing or documentation experience is a plus—but not required
