ASRC Federal Gulf States Constructors is seeking an experienced Emergency Management Manager (ESF-5) to support emergency management operations at Sheppard Air Force Base. This role operates within a Base Maintenance/Operations Support (BMC/BOS) contract environment and is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of emergency preparedness and response activities. Key Role: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (EMP) for the installationCoordinate and support EOC activities, including situational awareness and reportingLead emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation effortsCollaborate with installation leadership, first responders, government agencies, and community partnersEnsure compliance with applicable directivesUtilize FEMA Comprehensive Preparedness Guides (CPG) 101 and 102 to develop and refine plansProvide briefings, updates, and recommendations to leadership during emergency situationsCoordinate logistics, communications, and resource allocation during incidents and exercises
