About The Position
Performs a variety of non-professional patient care, cleaning and organizing activities for patients under the clinical supervision of a registered nurse or LPN.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Nursing Assistant certification and listed with the Division of Facility Services Registry
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and keep simple records
- BLS certification required within first week of employment
- CPI required at first opportunity after hire
- Proficient in basic clerical skills and use of standard office equipment
- Demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from infant to geriatric
