About The Position
The main campus ED in Zanesville is a Level III Trauma Center and has 38 beds with 2 trauma bays and is in the top 10 of busiest ED's in Ohio. Assignments are 36 hours/week, 7PM to 7:30AM. Every other weekend is required, along with holiday rotation. Requests for excessive RTO around the holidays will not be approved. Taking call is not expected and should be a rare request.
Requirements
- Completed at least 3 ED assignments and/or have 3 years of current/recent ED experience.
- BLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Competency with Epic EMR.
Nice To Haves
- TNCC certification.
- ENPC certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department.
- Work 36 hours per week, 7PM to 7:30AM.
- Work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care management.
