About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a well-rounded background in both adult and pediatric care, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded experience in adult and pediatric nursing.
- Must possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Nice To Haves
- TNCC and ENPC certifications are preferred.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center is highly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding health care needs.
