Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) Full Time 11a-11p
About The Position
The Emergency Department is a fast-paced ED that treats an average of more than 150 patients per day. Types of cases include acute cardiovascular and neurovascular emergencies, general medical emergencies, traumatic injuries, and psychiatric patients. We are recognized by the American Heart Association as both a STEMI receiving center and a designated Primary Stroke Center. The ages of those treated range from neonate to geriatric. An extensive orientation program allows the emergency nurse to work autonomously with a wide range of clinical specialties in treating emergent patients and families. The ED fosters high levels of teamwork and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals.
