UPMC Corporate Services is hiring a part-time Emergency Department Patient Services Representative to support patient registration at our UPMC Resolve Clinic in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is part-time, 16 hours per week, with shifts primarily on weekends from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and occasionally on weekdays and holidays. The representative is responsible for welcoming patients, promoting new technologies, educating patients on financial obligations, collecting payments, connecting patients to financial advocacy resources, updating patient information, collecting signatures, and fostering a culture of service excellence. We are seeking candidates with a strong customer service background who are eager to ensure a positive patient experience.
