About The Position

This fellowship is for nursing graduates who are beginning their final semester of nursing school and are interested in working in the Emergency Department. The program aims to provide basic nursing care needs for assigned patients under the direction/supervision of a nurse. The mission of the organization is to improve the health of the communities it serves through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in RN nursing program and beginning final semester of nursing school
• Must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days of hire.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
• NT Competency Day annually by transcript due date.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
