Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
5 years of experience required.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
10 years of experience preferred.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Freestanding ER experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Spearhead the ground-up build, construction phase, and grand opening of a state-of-the-art freestanding Emergency Room, leaving your personal fingerprint on the facility's physical and operational footprint.
Lead the end-to-end curation of the facility’s infrastructure, from hand-selecting advanced medical equipment and establishing robust inventory pipelines to developing a high-functioning, fully integrated on-site lab.
Conduct the talent acquisition, training, and cultural development of a brand-new, elite clinical team, fostering an environment of clinical excellence, shared accountability, and high morale from day one.
Own the operational blueprint by designing departmental goals, managing a dynamic launch budget, and orchestrating streamlined workflows that balance fiscal responsibility with uncompromised patient care.
Act as the vital bridge between physicians, hospital executives, and community partners to cultivate a seamless, obstacle-free environment focused on clinical quality and service excellence.
