About The Position

NC Custom is a rapidly growing manufacturer that serves the promotional industry with over 3,000 product lines, ranging from confectionery and hard goods to health and beauty, premium apparel, and soft goods. We are seeking two (2) experienced Embroidery Operators to join our production team on site in our Ronkonkoma facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

Experience operating embroidery machines
Ability to assess pre and post-treatment needs for garments
Ability to select appropriate thread colors
Ability to complete sewouts of new logos for client approval
Ability to run sample logos for production
Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines
Ability to troubleshoot routine machinery malfunctions
Ability to maintain clean, organized equipment and workstations
Knowledge of safety protocols
Knowledge of GMP policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

Barudan and Tajima experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
Assess pre and post-treatment needs for garments.
Select appropriate thread colors for each job.
Complete sewouts of new logos for client approval.
Run sample logos for production.
Operate multi-head embroidery machines (Barudan and Tajima experience preferred).
Troubleshoot routine machinery malfunctions and report issues to management.
Maintain clean, organized equipment and workstations.
Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
Adhere to GMP policies and procedures.
