About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply Distribution Center (Uniform Company) is looking for Order Fulfillment Operators for our uniform Distribution Center. This is a full-time position, not seasonal, and the company has a history of stability for over 94 years. The company will choose the start time of the candidates if hired, with shifts available Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, starting between 3 am and 11:30 am through 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. These hours are suitable for individuals pursuing education or seeking more personal time.

Requirements

Must be able to work from Mon-Fri between 3 AM to 5 PM
Previous experience with embroidery, sewing, textile production, or similar equipment required
Must know how to operate “Barudan” and/or “Tajima” single/multi head machines
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn embroidery software and equipment
Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
