About The Position
Thermon is hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will work with industrial embroidery machines to produce heated blankets and wraps used in critical industries around the world.
Requirements
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable working with machines or willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Basic computer skills (data entry, following system prompts)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
- High school diploma or trade school background
Responsibilities
- Run embroidery machines to make our products
- Load materials like fabric, thread, and wire into the machines
- Watch the machines while they run to make sure everything is working correctly
- Check products during the process to catch mistakes or defects
- Fix simple issues like thread breaks or misalignment
- Clean and take care of machines to keep them running
- Follow instructions and stay on schedule
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Help in other areas when needed
