About The Position

Working as a team with others to produce various styles of knit caps. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role. The operator will maintain the highest acceptable quality in both the process and the finished product.

Requirements

• Ability to work closely with other people.
• Punctual with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
• Willingness to cross-train in various positions.
• Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review paperwork for daily orders, including quantities, colors, due dates, and any specific notes.
• Lift, pull, shove, and push boxes that weigh 10-75 lbs.
• Work with yarn and operate machines to create the final product that is placed on garments.
• Work with and operate a hot glue gun.
• Work at a fast pace to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Perform other duties as requested.
