Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes.
  • Familiarity with operating embroidery machines and other related equipment is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs is important for success in this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in garment decoration is preferred, with a strong understanding of embroidery techniques.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Machine set up & operation
  • Completing jobs step by step based on procedures
  • Keeping the workspace clean and organized
  • Weekly stock checks of materials to make sure inventory levels are appropriate
  • Operate embroidery machines and other equipment to decorate garments according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to garment construction and manufacturing processes.
