About The Position
Direct and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support functions for embedded firmware engineering. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Requirements
- Experience with C++ language real-time embedded systems software development and Agile software development
- Knowledge of PC-104 Architecture, Linux Operating Systems, data acquisition systems, and MIL-STD-1553 communications and firmware
- Ability to understand and interpret C++ code, specifications, and requirements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Scaled Agile software development and C#
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
