About the Role As an Embedded Software Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience developing software and firmware for embedded systems that power real-world applications. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to software design, implementation, testing, and debugging while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient embedded solutions.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of embedded systems, software development, and computer engineering principles.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar languages.
Understanding of software debugging, testing, and problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with embedded operating systems, real-time systems (RTOS), or embedded Linux environments.
Exposure to software build systems, scripting, or automation tools.
Experience with engineering projects, coursework, or research involving embedded software, firmware, hardware-software integration, or system validation.
Knowledge of digital signal processing, communication protocols, or embedded hardware concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and debugging embedded software and firmware for hardware-based systems.
Support the integration of software and hardware components to ensure system functionality and performance.
Contribute to the development of automation tools, test frameworks, and software utilities.
Participate in system validation, data collection, and performance analysis activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Document software designs, test results, and technical findings.
