About The Position

Honeywell Aerospace Technologies is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer I to join our dynamic Flight Management System (FMS) team, where we design, develop, and integrate highly complex systems for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics program. • Design, develop, and maintain core Flight Management software supporting next‑generation avionics systems.
• Implement high-quality software solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
• Participate in requirements and code reviews, contributing ideas that improve software quality and development practices.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Support software integration, testing, and debugging in laboratory environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across the development and integration lifecycle
