We’re looking for an Embedded GSOC Analyst to support physical security operations for an assigned Stripe site, region, or business function. In this role, you’ll monitor security systems, track incidents, support response efforts, and help maintain a safe and secure workplace. You’ll work closely with GSOC leadership, on-site security teams, facilities, workplace operations, and internal stakeholders to identify issues early, respond quickly to events, and ensure incidents are documented and escalated appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced security environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in physical security operations, GSOC operations, or corporate/site security.
  • Experience monitoring access control, CCTV, alarm, or incident management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and respond effectively to active incidents.
  • Good judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a corporate office, workplace, or global operations environment.
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems, emergency response procedures, and life safety systems.
  • Experience with incident tracking, reporting, or security metrics.
  • Security-related certification such as CPO, CPP, or PSP.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other physical security platforms.
  • Identify, triage, and escalate security events in accordance with procedures.
  • Support response efforts for unauthorized access, trespass, theft, suspicious activity, workplace incidents, and emergencies.
  • Document incidents clearly and accurately in case management or ticketing systems.
  • Assist with badge access reviews, visitor management issues, and other physical security tasks.
  • Communicate with on-site security, facilities, workplace teams, and GSOC leadership during active events.
  • Maintain situational awareness and report relevant trends, anomalies, or recurring issues.
  • Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and shelter-in-place events.
  • Follow established SOPs, post orders, and escalation paths.
  • Contribute to shift handoffs, incident summaries, and operational reporting.
  • Participate in investigations, audits, and other security-related support activities as needed.
  • Help maintain a consistent, professional, and customer-focused security presence.
