We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining firmware on various MCU platforms, implementing low-level drivers, and supporting PCB bring-up and hardware debugging. You will also develop and optimize communication stacks, write clean C/C++ code for real-time embedded systems, and collaborate closely with hardware and controls engineers. Additionally, you will develop internal tools and test scripts, support firmware release cycles, and contribute to code reviews and design discussions. The role involves designing and implementing firmware architectures for scalable multi-actuator robotic systems, developing communication interfaces, defining firmware-to-host communication protocols, and ensuring deterministic timing and low-latency communication. You will also participate in system-level debugging and optimize performance for multi-joint coordination and synchronized actuation.
