About The Position
We are seeking an Embedded Engineer with strong software development skills in embedded C++ programming. The role involves understanding code constructs and modifying them according to change requests (CRs) for Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, specifically for Multifunction Control and Display Units. Experience in flight software development and debugging environments is highly beneficial for understanding the functionality being updated.
Requirements
- Good software development skills in embedded C++ programming.
- Ability to understand code constructs and modify them as per change requests (CRs).
- Experience in HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
- Experience in flight software development.
- Experience in a debugging environment.
- 3 to 8 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in FMS software development.
- Knowledge of DO-178C.
Responsibilities
- Implement changes to embedded C++ code based on change requests (CRs).
- Understand and modify code constructs related to HMI and Multifunction Control and Display Units.
- Debug and develop flight software in a dedicated environment.
