About The Position
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Embalmer to join our team at Greenwood Memorial Park & Mortuary in San Diego, CA. Requirements
- Current Embalmer license in the state California or ability to reciprocate
- 2+ years of funeral industry experience
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an incredible team that is passionate about our industry
- Care for the deceased in a respectful manner
- Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards
