About The Position

This is not a routine execution role. This is a build from scratch role where you will audit, fix, and improve our email setup end to end. Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and deliverability
• Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC , domain reputation, and warm-up
• Experience running SMS campaigns
• Strong automation, segmentation, and customer journey experience
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Multi-brand or multi-domain experience
• Google Postmaster and deliverability monitoring
• Webinar and event marketing
• WhatsApp Business Platform
• Basic HTML email knowledge

Responsibilities

• Email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, and sending practices
• Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
• Contact lists — segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
• Event communication: registrations, reminders, follow-ups, replay campaigns
• SOPs and rules for how teams use email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs
• Testing subject lines, timing, CTAs — and recommending improvements
