This is a remote, hands-on internship where you'll gain real-world email & SMS marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. You will learn the inner-workings of email & SMS campaigns and automations and how they contribute to a successful lifecycle program. This internship is ideal for quick learners with a positive attitude. Responsibilities

  • Understand lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes
  • Learn how to execute email & SMS campaigns within multiple different lifecycle platforms
  • Create email & SMS campaign calendars for a variety of clients
  • Write custom email & SMS copy to speak to different groups of contacts
  • Segment campaign audiences based on past customer behavior and demographic data
  • Build out targeted customer journeys based on previous site activity and purchase data
  • Analyze email & SMS performance and report on findings while providing strategic recommendations for the future
  • Optimize the lifecycle user experience based on learnings from performance data and A/B testing results
  • Assist the lifecycle team with ad hoc projects including reporting, execution, copywriting, etc.
  • Participate in end of semester project to demonstrate learnings in a client deliverable format
