About The Position

Full Funnel Growth is a remote performance marketing agency focused on retention marketing for high-growth eCommerce brands. The Retention Marketing Pod manages email, SMS, and pop-ups across platforms like Klaviyo, BigCommerce, and Shopify. The agency operates with an AI-native approach, integrating tools like Claude Code and custom scripts into daily workflows. This role involves a structured onboarding process with paid certifications and managerial support, aiming for autonomous campaign ownership within 90 days. The ideal candidate will have direct Klaviyo experience, design skills in Figma, and a strong understanding of email deliverability.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
  • Direct Klaviyo experience building campaigns and flows.
  • Demonstrated work with high-growth eCommerce brands.
  • Design competence in Figma: ability to create on-brand, mobile-first emails.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability: list hygiene, sender reputation, inbox placement, and a baseline grasp of authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Comfort with A/B testing and analyzing email metrics, including open and click trends post-Apple Mail Privacy, placed orders, and revenue per recipient.
  • Remote work track record with strong written communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT as part of daily workflow.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to AI skills and scripts.
  • Discipline in writing and analysis, using exact numbers and clearly labeling claims (extracted, inferred, assumed).
  • Staying current on Klaviyo, inbox providers, AI-generated content, predictive analytics, and changes in engagement and privacy rules.

Nice To Haves

  • SMS experience in Klaviyo.
  • Exposure to BigCommerce in addition to Shopify.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy categories (cannabis, alcohol, supplements).
  • Familiarity with a non-Klaviyo platform such as Alpine IQ, or a willingness to learn one.
  • Klaviyo Academy certifications already obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution across a defined slice of the pod's clients: brief, build, QA, schedule, and post-send review in Klaviyo.
  • Flow work: building and maintaining welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback flows, then reading the data and proposing changes.
  • Email design and experimentation in Figma: creating on-brand, mobile-first designs and running structured A/B tests on subject lines, layout, offer, and send time.
  • Segmentation in practice: building and refining segments, understanding segment types, and protecting sender reputation.
  • Deliverability hygiene: monitoring inbox placement, spam rates, and unsubscribes, keeping lists clean, understanding authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and diagnosing deliverability issues.
  • Accurate reporting: per-campaign write-ups with exact figures, flagged data gaps, and clear analysis of results.
  • Time tracking discipline: logging all hours in ClickUp against the correct task.
