About The Position

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and other one-to-one communications to achieve brand goals and drive store traffic for TJX brands. You will build media and digital expertise by staying on top of the competitive email landscape, email trends, and best practices. You will leverage the broader email team and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions to build expertise. You will also leverage key partners (ex. Zeta) to understand capabilities and utilize the tools to drive the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong multi-tasking skillset

Responsibilities

Partner with email stakeholders to develop and manage the email calendar across brands.
Work cross-functionally with Email Supervisor, Brand, Creative, Brand, Dev/Coding, CRM, and Merchandising to support email execution, from briefing process to final deployment.
Partner cross-functionally to identify and refine processes to improve efficiency.
Partner with CRM team to execute email list pulls based on segmentation strategy.
Lead the set up and execution of email campaigns, coordinating rounds of proofing and testing to final deployment.
Lead the execution of A/B email testing.
Monitor the deployment of email marketing campaigns.
Assist Email Marketing Manager with the development of campaign segmentation.
Utilize third party email service provider and web analytics provider reporting tools to gather and analyze results.
Create daily, weekly and monthly email campaign results reports and make recommendations for optimizations.
Partner with the team on special projects spanning paid and brand efforts as capacity allows.
