Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable email marketing platform
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and ADA compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Email Specialist Certification
• Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing testing and optimization strategies
• AMPscript experience
• Moveable Ink experience

Responsibilities

• Creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns
• Supporting strategic programs through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle - prospecting, nurturing, retention, surveys, and transactional communications
• Partnering with designers and copywriters to optimize creative and templates based on performance data and industry best practices
• Coding emails from base templates and ensure consistent rendering across devices
• Coordinating with IT, Marketing, and Digital teams
• Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
