About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Developer / Digital Designer to develop and execute a wide range of email campaigns, including promotional, triggered, and transactional communications. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams such as Email Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital Design to deliver high-quality, on-brand email experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital design and email development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Arts, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and email design work
  • Proficiency with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and personalization tools
  • Experience building triggered, transactional, and journey-based email campaigns
  • Familiarity with data integrations and APIs
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver , or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of email rendering, testing, and optimization

  • Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation and personalization platforms
  • Develop promotional, triggered, transactional, and journey-based email campaigns
  • Edit, test, and troubleshoot email designs and code throughout the proofing and deployment process
  • Ensure all email assets adhere to brand guidelines and style standards
  • Collaborate with Email Marketing teams to align on campaign requirements and deployment schedules
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
  • Stay current with email marketing best practices, ESP capabilities, and emerging technologies
  • Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance
  • Participate in process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs
