What you can expect as our Email Marketing Specialist Marketing is more than promotion—it’s about connection, access, and impact. You are excited to use data, automation, and storytelling to build meaningful relationships with our audiences and supporters. You will own the strategy and execution of our email and automated communications—supporting program marketing, events, brand awareness, and annual giving. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver timely, personalized, and accessible messages across the donor and constituent lifecycle. If you’re equal parts strategic thinker, technical builder, and performance optimizer—and you enjoy collaborating across marketing, fundraising, and analytics teams—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Ability to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful communications across the customer/donor lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting program marketing, fundraising, or annual giving communications
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, and deliverability
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email production and troubleshooting
  • Comfort using data to segment audiences and inform strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in email or digital marketing with hands on campaign execution
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder)
