Ruby Labs is seeking a results-obsessed Email Growth Manager to join their Email Marketing department. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is focused on driving conversion optimization and growth experimentation within email marketing. The primary objective is to grow email marketing as a conversion channel across all Ruby Labs brands, rather than executing day-to-day campaigns. The role involves generating hypotheses, designing A/B tests, analyzing results, implementing successful experiments, and studying the competitive landscape. The Email Growth Manager will collaborate with the Email Lead, Email Marketing Specialists, and the broader Marketing and Data teams to ensure actionable experiments and implemented insights lead to increased sign-ups and conversions.
