About The Position

East West Bank is seeking an Email & Digital Marketing Specialist to provide dedicated execution and analytics support for key lifecycle programs and advertising campaigns. This role will help maintain campaign delivery, improve performance reporting, and allow internal resources to focus on strategic priorities and stakeholder management. The specialist will manage email marketing and automation, track performance and provide insights, and support the customer journey through cross-channel activation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, or campaign analytics.
• Hands-on experience with email campaign execution and customer lifecycle programs.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing and automation, including campaign execution, QA, deployment, and the monthly email calendar.

• Coordinate audience strategy and cross-channel activation across email, digital, owned media, and related channels to support the customer journey.
