What You’ll Do: ELSA is a thematic, project-based, language learning summer program. As a teacher, you will provide English Language Development instruction to elementary-aged students through an inquiry-based approach, focusing on all four domains (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Total Hours & Schedule (Summer 2026) Pre-Program Planning & Orientation: 4 hours total (To be used for the mandatory staff meeting, program orientation, and classroom setup/prep). Program Duration: 4 Weeks ( July 6th – July 31st, 2026 ). Weekly Commitment: 20 hours per week ( 80 hours total for the 4-week session). Instructional Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Prep & Collaboration: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
