About The Position

This role is part photography, part hospitality, and part ongoing artistic development. The position begins with a 1-2 month contractor period to evaluate fit and ensure alignment in creativity, communication, and client experience. After this period, photographers who demonstrate strong teamwork, artistry, and culture alignment will transition into a full-time role with full benefits. Once full-time, the first 2 months will focus on structured onboarding, including 1:1 mentorship, field training, shadowing, creative development sessions, and client experience mastery, with continued training and growth built into the role on a weekly basis. The company invests in photographers to help them become their best, rather than expecting them to arrive as finished artists.
