About The Position

Our Partner is seeking consultants with PeopleSoft application functional, development and/or administration experience to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) PeopleSoft installation. The role provides PeopleSoft software/system functional and development consulting services at client location. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable working directly with customers and executive leadership. This role requires a strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM.

Requirements

• PeopleSoft application functional, development and/or administration experience.
• TS/SCI FSP Clearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executive leaders, and team members.
• Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments.
• Ability to translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible.
• Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications.
• Strong experience within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
• Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors.
• Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft software/system functional and development consulting services.
• Assess the high-level architectural design.
• Research potential implementation road maps.
• Conduct feasibility assessments.
• Translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible.
• Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed.
• Design, create, and test software.
• Make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance.
• Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
