Elite Client Advocate

ORIONOmaha, NE
$94,869 - $146,945Hybrid

About The Position

Elite Client Advocate We're a team with ambitious goals and high expectations of ourselves and the people around us. When our clients thrive, we thrive. That's why we don't view client relationships as accounts to manage—we view them as partnerships to earn every day. If you're someone who naturally builds trust, understands complex businesses, and enjoys becoming the person clients rely on most, you'll love it here. If you prefer working at arm's length from clients or being just one step removed from the action, this probably isn't the right fit. We'll invest in your success from day one, but we'll need you to immerse yourself in our clients' businesses just as quickly. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs. The role This is a role for someone who believes that great client relationships are built through deep understanding, relentless follow-through, and genuine ownership. As an Elite Client Advocate, you'll become a true extension of a client's home office. You'll develop an intimate understanding of their business, technology, operating model, strategic priorities, and the people responsible for driving them forward. The goal is simple: know the client better than anyone else and ensure their experience with Orion is seamless, proactive, and rooted in trust. You are the face of Orion to the client and the voice of the client within Orion. While the Elite Client Delivery Manager leads internal operations and coordinates delivery across the pod, you own the client relationship itself. You're the person clients call first, the individual who understands their priorities, and the advocate who ensures their needs are represented in every internal conversation. You don't operate like a vendor partner. You operate like a trusted member of the client's team.

Requirements

  • You've spent enough time working with enterprise clients to understand that trust is built through understanding, not transactions.
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy learning how organizations work. When you're supporting a client, you want to understand not only what they're asking for, but why it matters, who it impacts, and how it connects to larger business objectives.
  • You have the ability to navigate both business and technology conversations with confidence. You don't need to be the person writing code or building integrations, but you understand enough about data, platforms, workflows, and system behavior to ask the right questions and guide productive conversations.
  • You are comfortable operating in executive environments and can communicate with credibility at every level of an organization. Just as importantly, you're able to take technical complexity and translate it into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
  • You stay organized in environments where multiple priorities compete for attention. Clients trust you because they know nothing gets lost, forgotten, or overlooked.
  • Most importantly, you're motivated by partnership. You measure success not by the number of requests completed, but by the confidence clients have that Orion understands their business, supports their goals, and is invested in their success.
  • Success requires a strong understanding of financial services operations, technical concepts, and the ability to build meaningful relationships in complex organizations.
