This is a high-touch, high-visibility role supporting our most valued credit card clients, where service, precision, and follow-through directly shape the client experience. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and client servicing, ensuring that our Elite Credit Card program runs seamlessly while delivering a concierge-level experience to high-net-worth clients. As the Elite Card Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our Treasury Management sales team and leadership, supporting the full lifecycle of our Elite Credit Card program. You’ll help onboard new clients, structure their card programs, and ensure they are set up for long-term success with both the product and our digital tools. You’ll also act as a primary point of contact for Elite clients, guiding them through implementation, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported long after onboarding. Internally, you’ll manage critical reporting, oversee referral payout tracking, coordinate annual rebate processes, and partner closely with credit card operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all program activity. This role blends client-facing relationship management with behind-the-scenes operational ownership, requiring someone who can move fluidly between high-touch service and detailed execution.
