As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support asset protection efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and/or report policy violations or hazards.
• Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with post orders and company guidelines while maintaining a professional presence and supporting security-related response activities.
