This position involves supervising staff in a public assistance unit. The primary duty is to spend the majority of the time communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, as well as planning and directing their work. The role has the authority to recommend personnel actions. A minimum of one (1) year of ESI (Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I) and previous management experience is required.
