About The Position

The Eligibility Representative is responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and maintaining existing and new member(s)/group enrollment information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree preferred
• 1 year of health insurance, eligibility, benefits or related experience preferred
• Experience with 834 files preferred
• Trizetto / QNXT software experience preferred
