The Eligibility & Financial Assistance Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and service delivery of assigned Eligibility & Financial Assistance Services for hospital client accounts. This role is responsible for managing team performance, workflow execution, quality, compliance, escalations, and operational follow-up. This position also serves as a key onsite/client-facing contact, supporting the client relationship, addressing operational concerns, developing action plans, and helping guide the overall operational direction of the team. While the role does not require full end-to-end revenue cycle leadership experience, the ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in eligibility and financial assistance operations, along with the leadership presence and communication skills needed to manage client expectations and support team performance.
