About The Position

The Elevator Operator role is responsible for safely operating within the organization's policies, procedures, and governmental regulations, while also participating fully in the organization's safety programs. This position involves performing critical operations to keep the facility running, including loading and unloading trucks and railcars, and handling grain operations such as filling and reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending. The role also requires providing a high level of customer service, maintaining the general appearance of the facility, monitoring equipment, and participating in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment. Teamwork and housekeeping duties are also key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.
Engage as an active member of the team.
Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning floors.
