Line cooks will have oversite of line operations during their shift. Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial, but drive and motivation to learn are key.
Ability to handle high volume in a full-service restaurant.
Proficiency in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards.
Knowledge of stocking and product management, including waste control.
Adherence to all food safety standards and procedures.
