About The Position
ACES Mill Road School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Regular Education Teacher to join our Urban Youth Program. This unique program serves elementary-aged students who benefit from a highly structured, relationship-centered learning environment that supports both academic growth and social-emotional development. The successful candidate will provide high-quality grade-level instruction while working closely with a Special Education Teacher and multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of students with behavioral and social-emotional challenges. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom community.

Responsibilities
