Elementary Teacher Needed for Special Education/Autism Classroom Setting
About The Position
Kreyco, formerly Language Learning Network, is a nationwide preK–12 education organization that partners with schools and teachers. The role is an on-site, fifth-grade teaching opportunity in a special education/autism spectrum disorder (ASD) classroom for the 2026–2027 school year. Weekly payment ranges from $400 to $1,100, depending on the teaching project, and includes holidays and school breaks. Kreyco provides a comprehensive curriculum, coaching, mentorship, and professional development at no cost. Teachers may be certified or uncertified; Kreyco assists teachers in obtaining certification while they teach. This is an in-person, 1099 independent contractor position. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime teaching hours, with no night or weekend classes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Reside in the United States and within commuting distance of the school.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commute to the school.
- Complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Teach fifth-grade students in a special education/ASD classroom.
- Support student learning, growth, and development.
- Participate in coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Work toward obtaining teaching certification if needed, with Kreyco’s assistance.
