About The Position

St. Anne Catholic Grade School seeks an enthusiastic and highly talented elementary teacher. The successful candidate will teach lower elementary students and be responsible for other duties as assigned by the principal.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• State teacher certification
• Possess an understanding of the Science of Reading

Responsibilities

• Teach lower elementary students
• Other duties as assigned by the principal
• Demonstrate effective planning skills by preparing lessons aligned to state standards
• Effectively integrate technology into instruction and learning activities
• Develop and use multiple forms of assessment and evaluation to ensure student growth
• Establish a system of classroom management that promotes self-direction, self-regulation, and a positive self-image
• Maintain an active and engaging learning environment
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administration
