About The Position

Ontario Christian School is seeking a qualified Classical Hybrid Teacher who will contribute to our commitment to academic excellence and faith-based education. This part-time position is responsible for teaching the classical hybrid classes and collaborating with parents in the education of their students. This role reports to the Educational Options Director. This educator will design and deliver engaging lesson plans while creatively integrating biblical truth into a rigorous, standards-based curriculum. Through both instruction and mentorship, the teacher will guide students in their academic growth while supporting their spiritual development.

Nice To Haves

• 0-5+ years of classroom teaching experience in the applicable subject area
• Experience in a Christian school setting
• Bachelor’s degree in a teaching related field or substantial years of teaching experience
• Current classical certification or working towards one
• Current teaching credential or working towards one
• Completion of student teaching
• Prior experience working in a Christian school environment and/or a Protestant Christian church setting
