About The Position
Third Future Schools is hiring an Elementary Teacher for Coperni 3 Elementary in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for the 2026–2027 school year. Teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students assigned to their class and for all students in the school. Teachers are supervised by the principal and assistant principal and receive support from expert curriculum developers, who provide lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers. Teachers have minimal duties, limited to four days a month. The maximum salary for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement is $74,000.
