About The Position
Guardian Angels Catholic school is seeking a faith-filled, enthusiastic Elementary Teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about nurturing young learners academically, spiritually, and socially within a vibrant Catholic community. The ideal candidate will actively integrate the teachings of the Catholic faith into daily instruction, prayer, and classroom life. The second grade teacher plays a special role in preparing students for important milestones in their faith journey, while fostering a deep love for learning and personal responsibility. Our school community values partnership with families, high academic standards, and a joyful commitment to faith. We seek an educator who is excited to help young students grow into confident learners and faithful disciples.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (minimum)
- Valid state teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
- Practicing Catholic
- Commitment to academic excellence and faith formation
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Must pass a Level II Background Screening and complete Safe Environment Training
